YOYO EL PATRON

Terms of Service

Effective date: 21 June 2026 · Last updated: 21 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yoyo El Patron Publisher (“the Service”). By connecting a TikTok account and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is the official publishing tool of the music artist Yoyo El Patron. It lets the authorized account holder publish the artist’s own videos to the artist’s own TikTok account through TikTok’s official Content Posting API, with a compliant composer (caption, privacy level, interaction settings, and required disclosures). The Service does not add any watermark, logo, or promotional overlay to your content.

2. Authorization & eligibility

You may use the Service only to publish content to a TikTok account you own or are expressly authorized to manage, using your own TikTok credentials via Login Kit. You must be of legal age and meet TikTok’s eligibility requirements. You are solely responsible for keeping your access secure.

3. Content ownership & responsibility

You retain all rights to the videos you publish. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for the content you publish — including any music, samples, images, trademarks, and the likeness of any person appearing — and that publishing it does not infringe any third-party rights or any law. You are solely responsible for the content and its consequences.

4. Compliance with TikTok policies

You agree to comply at all times with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Content Sharing Guidelines, and the Music Usage Confirmation. Where a post is commercial or branded content, you agree to the Branded Content Policy and to disclose it correctly using the in-app controls.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to: (a) publish to accounts you do not own or control; (b) post spam, illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or harmful content; (c) use the Service to violate any TikTok policy or applicable law; (d) attempt to bypass TikTok’s rate limits, audit requirements, or security; (e) misrepresent the origin of content. We may suspend access for any violation.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s software, design, and branding are the property of their respective owners and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the Service as intended.

7. Availability & third-party dependencies

The Service depends on TikTok’s APIs and our hosting provider. Publication availability, visibility (e.g., private vs public), and limits are governed by TikTok, including any audit requirement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR REACH, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke its access from your TikTok settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent French courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
